<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer layer regulation member which is capable of suppressing troubles such as developer overflows, and image defects such as carrier attachment onto a photosensitive drum, toner attachment to a non-image part and density decrease in an image even when the developer layer regulation member of a two component developing device is a resin molded product. <P>SOLUTION: A representative constitution of a developer layer regulation member and a developing device of the present invention is characterized in that a developer layer regulation member 41 includes, a base resin plate composed of resin, and for a surface of the developer layer regulation member 41, a resin hard coat layer 41b coating the base resin plate 41a with resin harder than the resin of the base resin plate 41a, the developer layer regulation member 41 regulating an amount of a developer held by a rotatable developing sleeve 4c which carries the developer being a mixture of non-magnetic toner and magnetic carrier and which conveys it to a developing area facing a photosensitive drum 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
