PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify attributes of a user without performing any special operation and to accumulate attribute information.

SOLUTION: An attribute specification system 10 for specifying a user attribute comprises: a moving place database 244 for storing moving place information showing an attribute of a moving place for each moving place to which a user can move; a moving place specification section 214 for specifying the moving place of the user; an attribute specification section 216 for reading the moving place information corresponding to the moving place of the specified user from the moving place database 244 and for specifying the user attribute of the user on the basis of the read moving place information; and a user attribute database 246 for storing the specified user attributes.
