The present invention relates to a connecting apparatus for reducing the radius of curvature of a cable, and to a method for using same to build a connection for shortening the radius of curvature of the cable, which can easily bend, install, and connect power cables without being restricted by an allowable radius of curvature, even in narrow underground, subsurface, and above-ground structures (manholes, hand holes, subsurface device installation structures, above-ground device anchoring foundations, and transformer in/out sites), and which can maximize the speed and convenience of work by minimizing space consumed by a multi-line installation and connection, and which can also reduce the size of the structure, in order to accommodate an increase in the supply of electricity to underground facilities.
