METHOD AND SYSREM FOR DISTRIBUTING RADAR VIDEO

PURPOSE: A radar video distributing system and a method thereof is provided to select a section which is being used for a track extraction according to selection of a user by using a masking process. CONSTITUTION: A radar video distributing system(100) comprises a receiver unit(110), a converter unit(120), a masking unit(130), and an output unit(140). The receiver unit receives a row video with a polar coordinate system from monitoring radar of airport grounds. The converter unit receives the row video with the polar coordinate system from the receiver unit to convert the same to a row video with a rectangular coordination system. The masking unit masks a section which is being used for a track extraction according to a selection by a user for the row video with the rectangular coordinate system. The output unit outputs the row video with the rectangular coordination system. The row video with the polar coordinate system generates several overlapped radar signals. The converter unit arranges several radar signals which are overlapped in the row video with the polar coordinate system to convert the same into the row video with the rectangular coordinate system.
