<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for improving effectiveness of electronic mail communication processing. <P>SOLUTION: In various embodiments, a computer-assisted method for processing an electronic message comprises the steps of: reviewing recipients of the electronic message; evaluating whether any of the recipients of the electronic message are latently incorrect; and reminding a sender of the electronic message to evaluate whether the latently incorrect recipients are correct. As it evaluates whether the recipient may be latently incorrect, this computer-assisted method may provide an effective warning to the sender of the electronic message.
