PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing feline toxoplasma gondii infection is provided to accurately and quickly determine the presence of IgG and IgM antibody. CONSTITUTION: A method for diagnosing feline toxoplsma gondii infection comprises: a step of performing primary reaction of anti-cat IgG antibody and marker conjugate with a test sample obtained from a cat; a step of performing secondary reaction of the conjugate with toxoplasma gondii p30 antigen or p66 antigen; and a step of determining conjugate reaction by detecting marker. The test sample is blood. The p30 and p60 antigens contain amino acids of sequence number 10 and 11, respectively. |
