The integrated control device 7 receives output powers from the wind power generation apparatuses 1 and the power conditioners 4, and sends power fluctuation inhibition commands to individual wind power generation apparatuses 1 and the power conditioners 4, according to the output powers. More specifically, the integrated control device 7 calculates a total sum of the output powers of the wind power generation apparatuses 1 within an area, and the power conditioners 4 connected to solar power generation apparatuses 3, and in a case where a power fluctuation speed based on the total sum exceeds a prescribed value, transmits the power fluctuation inihibition commands to the wind power generation apparatuses 1 and the power conditioners 4.
