<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device provided with a retainer of a rolling body-guiding type and facilitating supply of grease fed from an inner-ring spacer to an outer-ring raceway surface. <P>SOLUTION: The rolling bearing device includes radial-direction passages 22 penetrating through from an inner-diameter side of the retainer 8 to an outer-diameter side between the first inner-wall face 14 of a pocket 10 and the rolling body 6 to make the passage 22 a grease reservoir and to utilize it as a grease passage so that grease deposited on the rolling body 6 moves to the outer-ring raceway surface 4a. The radial-direction passage 22 is composed of: a crescent-shaped gap 18 between the first inner-wall face 14 part out of the inner wall face of the pocket 10 and facing in a direction of a retainer axis and the rolling body 6; and segmental gaps 20 between arc-shaped parts 16 of four corners of the pocket 10 and the rolling body 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
