<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to optimize setting of a base station taking the state of a battery into account in a mobile communication system supporting a SON technique. <P>SOLUTION: A base station 10 comprising a battery 12 and capable of being run by the power supplied by the battery 12 includes a network communication unit 132 configured to transmit power storage residual quantity information indicating the power storage residual quantity of the battery 12 to another base station; and a communication control unit 171 configured to control transmission of the power storage residual quantity information to the other base station depending on the power storage residual quantity of the battery 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
