PURPOSE:To provide a processing material of stable quality with excellent flavor for processing a food, by using a dried fruit or sweetened dried fruit as a raw material, supplying only water in milling and stirring processing or additionally applying sweetness, regulating sugar content and processing the regulated material into a pasty form. CONSTITUTION:A dried fruit having excellent preservation quality with hardly and deterioration degree or sweetened dried fruit is used as a raw material. Only water is supplied thereto in milling, stirring and processing thereof or sweetness is additionally applied to regulate sugar content and the resultant material is processed into a pasty form to produce a processing material for processing a food. The resultant processing material can be used to produce a processed food having improved flavor and texture not inferior to those of a material using an undried fruit. |
