FAULT CURRENT LIMITER

PURPOSE: A current limiter which consists of a power semiconductor is provided to restrict fault current by restricting fault current by using a resistance and to restrict fault current by using a power fuse. CONSTITUTION: A high speed trouble detecting unit(20) transmits a turn off signal for a power semiconductor(30). A high speed switch(40) protects a power semiconductor from fault current by opening a contact point by an opening signal. A measuring unit(10) measures a current. A power fuse 1(50) is connected with a current restricting resisting unit(70).
