<p>The head has a housing (1) including a housing unit (1.1) that is fastened at a machine. A stylus (2) is deflectably supported on another housing unit (1.2). A sensor unit outputs an electrical signal based on a deflection of the stylus relative to the latter housing unit. A switching unit includes two contact elements that are arranged in such a manner that the contact elements are brought into mutual contact at different contact points based on a direction of deflection of the latter housing unit relative to the former housing unit to trigger an electrical switching signal. The contact elements are designed as a spring i.e. helical spring.</p> |
