PURPOSE: An outer wall climbing apparatus having an automatic water supply function which applies moving and adhering techniques for the movement on the outer wall of a building and a horizontal mobile unit thereof are provided to reduce working time and loading weight on the external wall by not connecting a hose. CONSTITUTION: A lift unit(200) is elevated along a pair of vertical rails. A horizontal mobile unit(100) is horizontally moved along a pair of horizontal rails. The horizontal mobile unit is docked with the lift unit. A first valve coupling part(430) is installed on the lift unit. A second valve coupling part is installed on the horizontal mobile unit. In order that the fluid of a first storage tank(410) is supplied to a second storage tank(510), the second valve coupling part is coupled with the first valve coupling part at the docking of the horizontal mobile unit and the lift unit.
