PURPOSE: A car vacuum pumping system having a variable form vacuum tank is provided to facilitate the driving of a car by providing vacuum force enough to operate a brake system when starting an engine. CONSTITUTION: A car vacuum pumping system having a variable form vacuum tank includes a vacuum tank(100) and a vacuum pump(200). The vacuum tank comprises a housing(130), an actuator(140), a partition wall(150), a suction line(110), a blast line(120), and a bypass(160). The actuator is installed on the inside or the outside of the housing. The partition wall is installed in order to partition the internal space of the vacuum tank to the longitudinal direction or the transverse direction. The bypass supplies the air in the inside of the vacuum tank to the vacuum pump. The vacuum pump comprises a housing(230), a rotor(210), a vane(220), an inlet(240), and an outlet(250). The rotor is installed in the inside of the housing and performs the interlocking rotation with the cam-shaft of a vehicle. The vane is formed on the circumference of the rotor. The inlet inhales air from the vacuum tank. The outlet discharges the air inhaled from the vacuum tank to the actuator. |
