<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality on-demand foil transfer printing apparatus capable of multi-color foil transfer and print onto the foil. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording apparatus comprises: an on-demand type droplet feeding head of ejecting liquid including an active energy-ray polymerizable compound and a polymerization initiator to either one of a medium to be recorded and foil, like an image; a means of irradiating the liquid with active energy rays and, thereby, forming an image of a pressure-sensitive adhesive having tackiness on either one of the medium to be recorded and the foil; a foil image forming means of transferring either one of the medium to be recorded and the foil to the formed image of the adhesive and forming the image of the foil on the medium to be recorded; and an image forming means which is arranged on the downstream of the foil image forming means in the conveyance direction of the medium to be recorded and has an inkjet head of ejecting the ink containing at least color material and forming an image on the medium to be recorded having the foil image formed thereon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
