PURPOSE: A resin-coated plastic plate manufacturing method is provided to coat a plastic plate with resin by using a box-type heat treatment device or a conveyor type heat treatment device instead of the existing insert molding machine. CONSTITUTION: A resin-coated plastic plate manufacturing method is as follows. A plastic plate in which a plurality of combining projections is protruded is prepared(S110). A combining cap covering the combining projections is prepared(S120). A primer layer is formed on the combining projections(S130). Silicon is applied on the primer layer(S140). A combining cap is joined to the combining projections(S150). The applied silicon is thermally cured(S170).
