PURPOSE: A skin attachment patch and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove skin troubles and to obtain an advertising effect. CONSTITUTION: A skin attachment patch comprises a first layer(10) for printing characters or figures, a second layer(20) which is located in the lower part of the first layer, an adhesive coating layer which attaches the second layer to skin, and a protective film layer for protecting the adhesive coating layer. A functional component(30) is placed between the first layer and second layer.
