HYDRODYNAMIC BEARING ASSEMBLY AND MOTOR INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A fluid dynamic bearing assembly and a motor including the same are provided to reduce leak of oil due to pumping action of a shaft by a flow control member. CONSTITUTION: A shaft(130) is rotatably installed in a sleeve(120). The sleeve includes a circulating hole(125). A circulating hole(125) is penetrated into the sleeve in the longitudinal direction so that a lubricating fluid agent filled in a bearing gap between the sleeve and the shaft may be circulated. A flow control member(140) is prepared in the upper part or the lower part of the axial direction of the circulating hole. The flow control member restricts an amount of the lubricating fluid agent flowing into the circulating hole.
