PURPOSE: A heating steering wheel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the uneven generation of heat and the separation of a concave part by forming a conductive member in the concave part. CONSTITUTION: A heating steering wheel comprises a wood part(A), a leather part(B), and a concave part(C). The wood part comprises a heating layer(130). The concave part comprises a resin layer(310). The concave part comprises a conductive member(320) which electrically connects both sides of the concave part. The resin layer warps a hub core(H), and comprises a fixing groove(311). The conductive member is connected to the fixing groove of the resin layer. The conductive member is connected to the resin layer by an inert injection method. The leather part comprise a heating layer(230).
