PURPOSE: A ginkgo extract-coated fabric and a method for fabricating the same are provided to ensure antibacterial and antiviral effects and to enable simple processing. CONSTITUTION: A ginkgo extract-coated fabric fabrication method comprises: a step of extracting ingredients from gingko trees and filtering to prepare a ginkgo extract liquid(S1); a step of mixing the ginkgo extract liquid and a binder and preparing a fabric coating solution(S2); a step of spraying or applying the fabric coating solution onto one side of the fabric(S3); and a step of performing thermal treatment of the fabric and forming a coating layer(S4). The ingredients contain 20-30 parts by weight of gingko leaves, 20-30 parts by weight of ginkgo fruits, and 40-60 parts by weight of ginkgo trees. The binder contains a first ingredient of epoxy, acryl, vinyl, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, polyether, polyurethane, polyisocyanate, or polyamide; and a second ingredient of alcohol, ketone, glycol, or ether.
