The invention relates to a rotor blade assembly (7) comprising:
- a rotor blade (4) with an integrated lightning down conductor (12), the rotor blade (4) being attachable or attached to a rotor hub (5) of a wind turbine (1), and
- a rotor blade tip member (6) made of an electrically insulating material and adapted to be detachably attached or detachably attached to the free ending of the rotor blade (4) by means of a connecting means,
wherein the connecting means is a wire or a rod (8) made of an electrically conductive material adapted to establish or establishing a mechanical and electrical connection of the rotor blade tip member (6) with the lightning down conductor (12) of the rotor blade (4). |
