PURPOSE: A mask and an optical filter manufacturing apparatus comprising the same is provided to uniformly form patterns on a substrate film and uniformly irradiates the whole side of a substrate film with light. CONSTITUTION: A mask is used for a roll to roll process which forms patterns on a substrate. The mask comprises a mask body(12) and has a curved side of the mask body. The opposite side is mask body. The thin film(13) is deposited on a curved side of the mask body. The thin film layer is a chrome or aluminum thin film. The substrate film forms patterns. One or more openings(14) are formed on the thin film layer. The width of the inner wall of the opening becomes narrower toward a lower part.
