PURPOSE: A vermiculite finishing material having reinforced corners and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to protect the corners of the finishing material from external shock and to prevent the diffusion of flames. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a vermiculite finishing material having reinforced corners is as follows. A vermiculite board is reinforced by integrally attaching a melamine sheet on one surface of the vermiculite board. The vermiculite board is cut depending on the dimension of a structure. The corners of the vermiculite board, in which the melamine sheet is not attached, are processed in a round shape. Retreated grooves are formed in the rounded corners of the vermiculite board. A reinforcing melamine layer is formed by integrally attaching a reinforcing melamine sheet on the retreated grooves. |
