FIELD: agriculture, in particular, treatment of agricultural products, such as roots, for prolonged storage or during preplanting period. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vessel with vertical divider, bubblers positioned in vessel lower part, conveyor for receiving products to be treated and horizontal divider with nozzles. Conveyor is formed as path for treating gas-and-liquid mixture and is arranged so as to embrace vertical divider in vertical plane for simultaneous involvement of all horizontal layers of liquid above bubbler into treatment process. Bacteriostatic mycelium preparation used as treating liquid contains additive such as high-molecular polymerizing compound for forming individual polymeric protective enclosure with spores of bacteriostatic fungi dessimenated in it on each piece of product. Process gas containing additives promoting growth of bacteriostatic preparation fungi may be used during liquid treatment. Treatment process wastes may be used as fertilizer. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities, provision for simultaneous treatment of various kinds of products in individual containers and increased product storage time. 4 cl, 2 dwg
