A BLOCK FOR CONSTRUCTING WALL WITH WATER SAVING SPACE

PURPOSE: A block for retaining wall construction having a function for water storage is provided to partially form a water storage space in a vegetation space, thereby automatically discharge surplus water to a lower portion. CONSTITUTION: A water protrusion(14), which has a prescribed height, is formed on the rear of the bottom surface(12) of a water storage space(11). According to the inflow of outside rainwater, a soil body inside the vegetation space(10) absorbs the rainwater. After the rainwater is absorbed in saturation, surplus water flows to a rear soil body(E) through a through-portion(13) when the level of the rainwater is raised more than the height of the water protrusion(14). Therefore, the adequate amount of water is retained in the vegetation space.
