PURPOSE: A loan transaction system and a providing method thereof are provided to differentiate a lending order or a lending amount for each lender according to a lending feature or a corresponding stock, thereby flexibly making loan transactions. CONSTITUTION: A loan pool setting module(120) sets at least a part of stocks in the accounts of a lender who singed a loan transaction agreement as a loan available stock to make the stocks included in a loan pool. A control module(110) responds to a stock borrowing request of a specific stock which is received from at least a borrower system(300). The control module loans at least a part of the specific stock corresponding to the stock borrowing request from the loan available stocks of the loan pool. |
