PURPOSE: A mixing apparatus of a base coating solution is provided to give a bubbling effect and to prevent an inner solution outlet and outer solution outlet from being clogged. CONSTITUTION: A mixing apparatus of a base coating solution comprises: a fixing frame(100), an outer mixing tank(200), an inner mixing tank(300), a solution mixing part(400), an air supply part(500), and a vibration part(600). The outer mixing tank is fixed on the fixing frame. The inner mixing tank is placed inside the outer mixing tank and is filled with a mixing solution. The mixing solution contains the base coating solution and an additive. The solution mixing part has a rotary motor(410) and a plurality of rotating wings(420).
