PURPOSE: A battery voltage management method and a voltage management device thereof are provided to control a voltage of each cell by measuring the voltage of each cell connected in series only when a minimum voltage of each cell is more than a predetermined level. CONSTITUTION: Plural voltage measurement units(310) measure a voltage of each cell. A control unit(320) receives plural voltage values. A control unit controls a current of the cell escaping a first voltage range to move the current to external resistance(330).
