PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display panel are provided to remove an additional tray for mounting a film by supplying the film with a roll-to-roll type. CONSTITUTION: A film(300) includes a base film(301), a photothermal conversion layer(302), and a gas blocking layer(303). A plurality of vacuum chambers are continuously arranged in line. A depositing unit(420) transfers a pattern on a film which is transferred to the chamber. A laser induced thermal imaging device(440) transfers the pattern of the film on a substrate(430) transferred to the chamber and includes a laser beam generating unit to output laser beams(441) and a pattern mask(442) installed on the substrate.
