PURPOSE: A crude oil pipeline de-oiling method is provided to inflow water to lower part of crude oil pipeline, eject water to top part, and thereby eject crude oil by pressure of the water filling or water flowing backward. CONSTITUTION: By locking all valves installed at pipeline, sealing within the pipeline is maintained(S10). By inflowing water through floating hose of the resolution, water is sent in floating crude oil supply equipment and underwater hose(S20). The water which is sent is ejected through valve equipment underwater or the pipeline through the underwater hose(S30). Therefore, crude oil in pipeline is ejected(S40).
