ENVIRONMENNTALLY FRIENDLY NONWEAVEN FIBER HAVING A POLYLACTIC ACID AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating an eco-friendly spun bond non-woven fabric is provided to ensure excellent productivity and mechanical property and to remarkably reduce carbon dioxide discharge. CONSTITUTION: A non-woven fabric is fabricated by blend spinning of poly lactic acid and polypropylene. A method for fabricating the non-woven fabric comprises: a step of forming a core layer with polypropylene/poly lactic acid blend resin; and a step of blending 50-80 wt% of the core layer and 20-50 wt% of plant-derived polyethylene resin and preparing a sheath-core filament. The polypropylene/poly lactic acid blend resin contains 10-25 wt% of poly lactic acid, 65-89 wt% of polypropylene, and 1-10 wt% of a dispersing agent. The dispersing agent is a styrene-ethylene-styrene block copolymer ingredient.
