PURPOSE: A cutting tool for boring a hole of a set plate for a piston type hydraulic pump is provided to prevent damage to a hydraulic pump by improving the accuracy of chamfering. CONSTITUTION: A cutting tool(20) for boring a hole of a set plate for a piston type hydraulic pump comprises a fixed body(21), a fixed tip holder(22), drilling tips(23,26), a boring tip(24), and an upside chamfering tip(25). The fixed body is fixed to a fixed chuck of an Machining/Center cutting tool. A long hole is formed in the inner center of the bottom of the fixed body. The top of the fixed tip holder is inserted into the long hole, and the fixed tip holder is coupled to the fixed body. The drilling, boring, and upside chamfering tips are fixed to the bottom of the fixed body. |
