PURPOSE: A balance transfer apparatus is provided to control its height automatically by lifters in using the balance inside and outside of a main body of a ginseng steaming machine. CONSTITUTION: An entrance lifter(400) and an exit lifter(500) guide a balance(300) to be transferred, and automatically control the height of the balance by the height of the inside of a main body on a ginseng steaming machine. A balance transfer device(600) transfers the balance entered into the inside of the main body of the ginseng steaming machine toward the exit lifter along the inside of the main body. The balance, which is a rectangular structure, is equipped with multiple wheels in the lower part and multiple supporting boards where trays containing ginsengs are inserted. The lower part of the balance is formed with reinforcing supports along the longitudinal direction in the state of being protruded toward the downside. The end of the reinforcing support is formed with a contact assistant where the power is delivered in the state of being connected to the balance transfer device. The balance transfer device comprises a drive motor, a shaft connected to the drive motor, a sprocket fixed to the shaft, a chain rotating in gear with the sprocket, a power transmission element delivering the power in the state of being connected to the contact assistant of the balance, and a pair of guide rails. The contact assistant provides a space where the chain is positioned without touching. The power transmission element comprises a pair of protrusion parts which is protruded from both sides of chain and contacts the contact assistant in the state of the chain being positioned in the contact assistant. The balance is further equipped with reinforcing supports along the longitudinal direction in the state of being protruded toward the downside. The contact assistant is formed on one side of the reinforcing support. The contact assistant additionally has a contact groove for contacting in the state of a pair of protrusion parts fitting respectively. |
