Jewellery display wedge with alterable front cover enabling a change in presented slope

Disclosed is a jewellery display device improving the retail display of articles of jewellery. The device comprises a wedge-shaped base defined between a front surface and a rear surface extending between a thin end and thick end of the wedge, the distance between the front surface and rear surface tapering from the thick end to the thin end of the base. A front cover extends between a first end and second end that is releasably attached to the front surface of the base such that the first and second ends are located at or toward a respective thin or thick end of the base by a releasable coupling system. The front cover also comprises a jewellery mounting part located at an offset position toward either of the first or second ends of the cover relative to its centre. The releasable coupling system is configured to enable selective attachment of the front cover to the base between a first orientation in which the jewellery mounting part is located at or toward the thin end of the base, and a second orientation in which the jewellery mounting part is located toward the thick end of the base.
