PURPOSE: A floating-type tidal current power generator and a construction method thereof are provided to flexibly control the number of turbines and to repair components inside a turbine room. CONSTITUTION: A floating-type tidal current power generator comprises tidal current power generation units(100), and a plurality of fixing units(200). The tidal current power generation units comprise modules floating on a sea surface. A plurality of the tidal current power generation units is placed in a line at a right angle to a progressive direction of tidal current. The tidal current power generation units produce electricity by flow velocity. A plurality of the fixing units comprises the modules connected to the tidal current power generation units at constant intervals. A plurality of fixing units fixes the tidal current power generation units from the tidal current. |
