The system has a lateral mobile upper part comprising two female knee caps (1, 2) that are fixed by utilizing a set of screws. A set of heads of the screws is inserted in an embossing and notched on a snowboard (6). A lower notched slice part is screwed on the snowboard for maintenance of a lower part. A spring (7) is supported on the mobile upper part in a housing. A central knee cap (3) comprises two anti-rotation pins for preventing rotation of the caps during adjustment.
