588193 An elongate head flashing 1 for a building having a wall including a cavity 23 defined by an exterior cladding 21 and an interior membrane 24, comprises a body which in cross-section which has a first end 13 adapted to engage the cladding 21, and a second end generally opposing the first end and including a flexible portion 15 adapted to engage the membrane 24. The flashing 1 further comprises a plurality of ventilation holes 14 along its length which, in use, provide a ventilation path between the cavity 23 and the exterior of the building. The body is further adapted to engage a frame substantially between the ventilation holes 14 and the second end.
