PURPOSE: A holder for a surgical instrument is provided to fix a surgical instrument with a handle with a broader diameter than the diameter of an opening of a cap member. CONSTITUTION: A pillar shaped collet(10) forms a center hole(11) in a longitudinal direction. The cap member(20) comprises an opening(22), a cap cut-out part(23), and a spiral binding part. The cap cut-out part cuts a tapered pressurization plate(25) in a fixed length. The body member(30) comprises a helix(32) bonded with the spiral binding part. The body member pressurizes the collet to the front.
