<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device capable of solving that a pressure of fuel supplied to a fuel injection valve becomes higher than a target value. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel supply device has an electric fuel pump 21 for supplying fuel in a fuel tank 10 to a fuel injection valve 31 arranged in an internal combustion engine, an ECU 40 (control means) for controlling an applying voltage to the fuel pump, a return piping 33a connected to a fuel supplying passage from the fuel pump to the fuel injection valve and returning a part of fuel discharged from the fuel pump to the fuel tank, a decompression valve 36 (solenoid valve) for opening and closing an inside passage of the return piping 33a, and a determining means for determining whether the condition is a low consumption condition where a fuel injection quantity (engine using quantity Qout) from the fuel injection valve is less than the predetermined value.
