<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water flow power generation device capable of generating power even in the time of storm wind while stably rotating receiving water flow without scratching fishes and water creatures with an outer periphery of a blade. <P>SOLUTION: In the water flow power generation device, a plurality of fan-shape blades having an installing angle relative to an axial right angle line are integrally fixed between a concentric axial body and an outer cylindrical body located in the outer periphery, a propeller are rotatably and turnably supported, can move up and down in water by adjusting buoyancy of a buoyant body present in a lower part, moves downward deeper than a water surface in the storm wind, the propeller is exposed above the water surface and maintained and inspected in a time of inspection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
