<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MS/MS mass spectroscope and a program for the same spectroscope capable of selecting an optimal set of a precursor ion and a product ion for a target component. <P>SOLUTION: The MS/MS mass spectroscope includes: a first mass separation part 3 for selecting a precursor ion; an ionic cleavage part 4; a second mass separation part 6 for selecting a product ion; and a detector 7. The MS/MS mass spectroscope further includes: an MS analysis execution part 110 for performing an MS analysis of a target component; a precursor ion candidate selection part 120 for defining one or a plurality of positive ions and one or a plurality of negative ions as precursor ion candidates on the basis of the result of the MS analysis; an MS/MS analysis execution part 130 for performing the MS/MS analysis of all the precursor ion candidates; and a combination selecting part 140 for selecting a set of the precursor ion and the product ion for the target component on the basis of the MS/MS analysis result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
