A lid member (30A) comprises a first member (31) which is positioned upon a closed location side, and a second member (32) which is positioned upon an open location side. The first member further comprises an interior surface (33) in which the open location side is separated further from the exterior face (201) of the casing than the closed location side, and an oblique surface (341) in which the open location side is nearer to the exterior surface than the closed location side. In a state wherein the second member is at the open location side, the interior surface of the first member is at the side which is separate from a waterproof member (25), and friction which arises from opening and closing is small with respect to the lid member. Moving the second member toward the first member while sliding the second member toward the closed location side from the open location side in the oblique surface presses the interior surface upon the waterproof member. Either inclining a portion of the exterior surface of a casing, making the waterproof member as having an approximate wedge-shaped cross-section, inclining the interior surface of the lid member, or making a groove part which guides the lid member as having a crank shape brings the lid member closer to, and presses upon, the waterproof member according to moving the lid member from the open location side to the closed location side.
