PURPOSE: A remote numerical map updating system is provided to accurately express a geographic feature in painting operations by obtaining an accurate image of the geographic feature which is not confirmed by an aviation capturing method. CONSTITUTION: A geographic feature variation confirmation device(300) confirms a variation of a geographic feature by comparing existing images and a capturing image collected by an aviation capturing device(100). A ground capturing device captures neighbor geographic features. A numerical map manufacturing device creates a painting image based on the aviation capturing image and a ground capturing image.
