<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further enhance the tolerable load of a conical bearing without increase in outer diameter of the conical bearing. <P>SOLUTION: The conical bearing includes: an outer ring 11, an inner ring 20 disposed on the inner peripheral side of the outer ring 11, a conical roller 40 rolled between the outer ring 11 and the inner ring 20, and a retainer 30 for disposing a plurality of conical rollers 40 at circumferential intervals. A large diameter-side collar portion 24 protruding to the outer diameter side is formed on the large diameter side of the inner ring 20, and the retainer 30 is disposed between the large diameter-side collar portion 24 and the conical rollers 40. The retainer 30 has a first sliding surface 31 formed so as to make slide contact with the large diameter-side collar portion 24 in the rotating direction, a second sliding surface 32 formed so as to make slide contact with the conical rollers 40, and an engagement portion 33 formed so as to engage with the conical rollers 40 in the circumferential direction to hold the conical rollers 40 at circumferential intervals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
