<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a lifting package house that a package needs to be lifted from above to enable adhesion connection work between packages and that addition of a column for supporting the package weight for that purpose leads to cost increase and an increase in the total weight. <P>SOLUTION: A lifting package house 1 comprises a lower frame member 6 that is arranged at the bottom of a chamber housing equipment and supports a floor, walls, a plurality of column members 4 for supporting the walls, and a roof part. In the lifting package house 1, the column members at prescribed positions are provided with a space through which lifting wire 10 can be inserted, and the lower ends of the column members in the lower frame member are provided with a hook locking part 7 to which the lower end of the inserted wire is locked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
