<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a range plate in which unnecessary temperature rise or temperature irregularity can be eliminated or suppressed even when ferrite (secondary processing mixed ferrite) is coated on a base material and used. <P>SOLUTION: The range plate includes: a base material which is formed of a base material earth containing clay, feldspar and silica as components and which can transmit the microwave; a heat-generating layer which contains ferrite, and is coated on the surface of the base material, and generates the heat by the microwave; and a glaze layer which is formed of a glaze containing clay, feldspar and silica as components, and coated on the surface of the heat-generating layer. The heat-generating layer is composed of the secondary processing mixed ferrite in which the ferrite is mixed with a base material soil containing a temperature rise suppressing component obtained by firing a component other than the clay, feldspar and silica included in the base material soil and the glaze to be reacted with the ferrite, the temperature rise suppressing component suppressing the temperature rise of the heat-generating layer when being used in a microwave oven. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
