<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for forming an optical film which forms an optical film and winds the formed film in a roll shape thereby forming the optical film by a melt extrusion method without causing a black band. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for forming the optical film by the melt extrusion method includes: a melt extrusion part 1A which extrudes a melt containing at least a thermoplastic resin and an additive as a film like melt from a T-die 1A2 having a plurality of a lip gap adjustment means 1A27; a cooling receiving part having at least a touch roll 1B2 and a cast roll 1B1; and a winding part. The apparatus for forming the optical film is characterized in that, after forming the film while moving one of the T-die 1A2 and the cooling receiving part to a TD direction, the film is wound in the roll shape in the winding part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
