UNDERSTANDING SUPPORT SYSTEM, SUPPORT TERMINAL, UNDERSTANDING SUPPORT METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supported person with information to be recognized by the supported person which can be visually displayed while receiving questions to a supporter from the supported person and providing them to the supporter.

SOLUTION: A lecturer terminal 100 acquires an utterance voice and a peripheral video or image of speakers including a lecturer and transmits them to a support terminal 200. The support terminal 200 receives an input of an edition instruction including selections of character information which is a summary of the utterance voice and an image from the peripheral video and the image of the speaker as support information which can be visually displayed. The support terminal 200 overlaps the image selected from the peripheral video or the image of the speaker onto the support information on the basis of the edition instruction and transmits the support information to a supported terminal 300. The supported terminal 300 receives an input of a question and transmits the question to the support terminal 200. The support terminal 200 receives a response to the question of the supported person and the edition instruction, overlaps them onto the support information and transmits the support information to the supported terminal 300. The supported terminal 300 outputs various pieces of information and questions included in the support information.
