<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables useless pieces of paper in an office or home to be taken out one by one easily when they are recycled as memo paper or when bundling paper document. <P>SOLUTION: The paper bundled by rolling element or a roller or a slippery structure is pulled out by a light operation. The paper is drawn out by the operation of the finger of single hand with pushing a lever further or rotating the roller.
