<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for notifying users of an arrival of a document. <P>SOLUTION: Each query is received by each user, the query including at least one query term and at least one query condition. Only when the one query term is unique to the other query terms stored in a database, each of at least one query term is stored for each query in a database. A document including relevant document terms is received. The document terms are compared with the stored query term. Whether all of at least one query condition (condition) of a corresponding query is satisfied by comparison between the document terms and the stored query term is determined for each query.
